How to Make Chocolate at Home | Homemade Chocolates | Microwave Chocolates Step By Step Recipe

Today's special was Home made Chocolates. I got another fresh stock of milk powder and condensed milk which were needed to make chocolates in microwave. Very simple to make and gets done in no time. I think somehow the smell of cocoa pulls them to the kitchen and all of them were around me waiting for this to get done.

Since it was in microwave, it was done very quickly. Though it takes time to set. They tasted the bits that were struck in the vessel and couldn't wait for the chocolates to set. This was another treat from my college days.

Half a cup icing sugar
Cashew and almond coarse powder for extra kick

3 tsp cocoa powder

 2 tbsp of condensed milk
Mix everything together in a bowl

In micro mode, microwave for 4 minutes.
This is after 2 minutes
after almost 3 minutes.
Transfer to a greased pan.
After it is set with a greased knife make marks.

It takes about an hour or so to set. Cut at the perforated marks into smaller pieces.
